autozone diagnostic code p0031. what should I check before bringing it into a mechanic?

P0031 Cylinder 1,4 heated 02 sensor front heater circuit low

There is no fuse , 1 and 4 cylinder 02 sensor get its power from the MFI relay,Oxygen sensor do degrade due to milage and use, If you replace 1 and 4 you might as well do 3 and 4 cylinder.
