P0300 Random misfire

When you clear the CK ENG Lt. And it runs good for a while.what you did is just reset the adaptive strategy,When a misfire occurs the PCM will shut down that injector to that cylinder and even turn off the A/C. The purpose for this is to protect the catalytic.P0300 mean more than 2 cylinder not just random, A vacuum leak can cause the random misfire,to even a partially stuck open EGR valve, The first step in handleing the misfire is a tune up with sparkplug replacement this gives you the chance to inspect the COP (coil on plug) boot for carbon track and even inspecting for water or oil intrusion in the sparkplug chamber
