Code P302, P356 for 2005 Lincoln LS -

Question

How do you fix these codes.... have already had 3 cylinder misfires fixed for almost $650 in addition to a gasket leaking oil onto plug cover causing the misfires???? Now 3 more are showing to need repair. Is this normal or am I being taken advantage of? Help !!

This is common in fords.Lincolns..if value covers are leaking and causing oil to get into plugs..will ground them out and cause misfire..have done plenty of these and normally u can change the gasket and the rings around spark plugs clean out oil contamination and misfire should go away ..but if they have been grounding out for awhile they could have fried the coil packs and in terms u would have to replace coils along with the gaskets or misfire will return. .
