F250 1995 Powerstroke codes P1280, P0237, P1271-1274, what's going on?

Can anyone take a look at all these codes for the F250 1995 Powerstroke, & let me know what they think might be going on? There is oil around the ICP sensor right now also: P1280, P0237, P1271-1274, what's going on?

1280 ICP low input

1271 High to low side open cylinder 1

1274 High to low side open cylinder 4

0237 Map sensor frequency out of range

If you have a no start and low ICP,disconnect the ICP, this will put the engine in FMEM (failed mode effect management) , replace the ICP,with 1271 and 1274 these are disconnection at the IDM in the valve cover gasket or at the harness in the valve cover, The cam position sensor that is failing does not have to code up can also cause 1271 and 1274,as for the MAP sensor leave that alone,
