1998 Lexus GS300, if I reset the check engine light on a P0446 code will it pass the emissions test?

If there is not problem and you reset the light, your Lexus should pass smog. But if there is a problem then the light and code will come back. Make sure the gas cap is tight, clear the code and drive your Lexus for a couple of days. If the light doesn't come back, you could try take it to the emission test, otherwise you have to have a tech inspect for more problems.
