P0200 code on ford focus mk2 1.6 vct EU

Question

Hi, I have got a p0200 and p1000 code and a loss of power (feels like it's down 30bhp) after having a cambelt fitted.
I have checked the voltage and ohm at the injectors and are within spec. If I clear the code it drives as it should. After stopping and restarting the engine the code comes back as well as the power loss.

Any one got any ideas ? don't want to pay ford £90 an hour (but may have to)
