how to fix P0522 on 2003 dodge neon sxt? Engine cranks, but wont turn over or run

have changed the spark plugs, new battery. engine will crank but not turn over and run. Hard to start for the last few days. when running, would run beautifully-no lag, no sputter.
pulled fuel line from engine 3 days ago and turned on ignition-fuel pump would push out dirty/black gasoline. we flushed until it ran clear.

P0522 Oil pressure sensor low

This code is for engine oil pressure you should get a oil pressure tested before replacing this sensor, the specification are @ 3000 RPM 25-80 psi. If the fuel pump pushed out dirty/black gasoline replace and test the fuel pressure the specification are 58 psi. Low fuel pressure will cause hard to start.
