codes po440 and po441 what do they mean.

po440 and po441 both codes come up when my engine light go on what do they mean.

Hi there,

The code P0440 is basically saying there is a problem with the evap system, so this code is a blanket code.

The P0441 is pointing towards a purge control problem. This can be brought on by several things, most common  is a failure of the lead detection pump or the purge control solenoid.
