2007 Scion tC 2.4L with engine code P0453, how do I fix this problem?

The system uses a pressure sensor to check for leaks and issues with the evap system. This can be caused by several things which include the following.

A plugged or blocked evap line, stuck vent control valve, wiring or the pressure sensor itself.
