P0031 NISSAN - Air Fuel Ratio Sensor 1 Heater Bank 1 Control Circuit Low
P1148 NISSAN - Closed Loop Control Function Sensor 1 Bank 1

You should start by replacing the front (Air/Fuel Sensor) O2 sensor.
