What is the fix for bulletin 12-031?

6 moths ago, at about 9k miles, My 2011 Honda started doing what this bulletin talks about. Every few weeks it jus wont start.. Makes cranking efforts, but nothing. I just have to let it sit for a few hors, then it starts. I once left it at the dealership for more than a week but they said it started multiple times and couldn't find anything wrong. Told it has to be doing it when they see can see it. Two times I have called tow trucks only for the car to start before a mechanic can see the problem. help!

Can you get the complete TSB I have searched all new listing, For Honda pilot, I have found anti theft problems that causes no start, but not the TSB you are listing,

I found this:  NHTSA Reference NHTSA Reference #10045241 and TSB 12-031 in this website: http://www.hondaproblems.com/tsbs/Pilot/2012/ it describes the problem but custs off and cant read all the info.  The car in this utube video is doing exactly what mine does.

Its been 5 months since i took my car to the dealership and insisted that they do the fix you recomemded. IT WORKED! inspite of them telling me it was for the wrong year model. Mine is a 2011..they said it was for 2012. Any way..it worked for 5 months...but now the car is breaking up again...this time while i was driving..i went to gas it to pass a car  the pedal went down..no accelaration and then the car died...it was down for an hr then started. The next day it would not start in the morning...it started when i tried it 2 days latter.HELP?!?!!
