In starting, it takes about 10 minutes to start, not building pressure at intake!

Engine MAKR & MODEL
Japanese, Nissan Wingroad AD with QG13DE Engine (1295cc) with A/T.
Model 2006, with OBD II
Had completed 90,000 KM
No history of problems.

PROBLEM details
In starting, it takes about 10 minutes to start, once it is started then it can be re-started in just with one self (without any problem), this good state lasts for three hours only.

INDICATIONS
No indication, No Warning and No Trouble code.

Problem Details
During startup, it appears that, engine at intake is not developing any pressure at all, engine is just rotating with cranking motors for about 5 minutes and not developing any pressure, then after continuous starting, it starts developing some pressure (not adequate to start) but gradually changes the sound of engine (like starting) and engine gets started, once it is started, it can be in good starting state for about 3 hours, after that same starting problem.
After starting, it is having correct idle RPM.
There is no problem once the engine is running and in starting except the same symptoms will appear if engine stops for about three hours or more.
This is strange to me!
I am AUTOMATION & CONTROLS Engineer, familiar with sensors, testing and automations, not so good in Mechanical.

ACTIONS / Works / investigations carried out at my friends workshop.
1. Have replaced spark plugs.
2. Tested spark plug with cables, are working fine.
3. Fuel Injectors checked and tested, found Okay.
4. Cleaned CRANK SHAFT POSITION Sensor and connectors, in doubt.
5. Cleaned CRANK SHAT TIMING SENSOR.
6. Cleaned throttle body and connections.
7. ECM connector cleaning & Tightening.
8. Coolant Tem Sensor testing & connections.
9. Fuses, Relays check & Firm placing and connectors.
10. Tappet Clearances verified, found Okay.
11. General Checking of cables valves.
12. Reset ECM by SCANNER.
13. No DTC found with Scanner, It is reading all sensor data.
14. Checked EVAP Solenoid Valve, 30 ohms & being operated by ECM.
15. Checked Fuel Cap.
16. Cleaned Air Mass Flow Sensor Connections.
17. Replaced Lube oil, lube Filter and automatic transmission oil.
18. Tried to start at ambient temperature 25 C and in 40 C (Night & Day Time), but problem is same.

Since last eight days, the same problem is present and not resolved.
Problem is persisting in the same manner, strange and not being understood, Looking for advice from experts.
