2000 Kia Sephia 1.8L with code P0727

Question

Check-Engine light is ON

i did an computer check for my car and it showed the following :

P0727>>>>Engine SPD input no signal

the check-engine is coming sometimes not all the time.Also, when the car is cold and i start it sometimes it stop working

cleaned the throttle body
put Fuel-injuction
changed: oil filter-engine oil-gear oil

Nothing Worked!!!

This is a problem with communication of the engine speed from the ecm to the tcm on the car. You need to check the signal wire from the tcm to the ecm and locate the break or corrosion to resolve this code.
