P0496 Evaporative emission continous purge flow

P0463 Fuel level high circuit

P0138 Oxygen sensor 2 high voltage

P0128 Coolant temperature below thermostat regulating temperature

The high circuit these are disconnection circuit, it can be either externally or internally, They can also be harness damage, As fo P0496  if the purge is continous it may be the solenoid that has failed and is stuck in the open position, so a replacement may be the solution, As for P0128 a thermostat replacement is a start,
