po125 and po401

Question

would code po125 and po401 caused my engine to burned or overheat.what can happened if I run the car with these codes, are they major mechanical problems, and costly.does my engine need to be rebuilt.

P0125 Insuffiecient coolant temperature for closed loop operation

P0401 Exhaust gas recirculation insufficient flow detected

P0125 is for closed loop. When the engine reaches closed loop, Then engine sensor goes into fuel control, This is where you have engine management feedback,and fuel economy, With these 2 codes they are not costly mechanical proplems,and you do not need a engine rebuilt. The good part is you get to go to the gas station everyday,and give them alot of money.
