Getting codes P0121 and P0174 and have rough idle

Have rough idle and some spark knock. Otherwise runs and pulls very well

With P0174 you have a lean misfire, This can be form a vacuum leak causing the spark knock, look for collapse or rupture vacuum hoses, With a lean misfire it can cause the TP1 to set a code, At idle is where the vacuum is the strongest and where the misfire occurs,
