I replace the o2 sensor twice already clear service engine soon came back right away can somebody have any idea

Try clearing the mixture ratio self-learning control data. The factory suggest doing that after the sensor is replaced. Instructions here: http://nissanhelp.com/diy/maxima/projects/nissan_maxima_clear_self_learning.php

If the problem persist you may have an exhaust leak.
