Question

Code 411 cmin up. Car uns and starts fine. But will die whle driving orsiting at a light. Then it taes a good hour or so before it will start again.

P0411 Secondary air injection incorrect flow detected

The secondary air pump will not cause a stall. It is a popular code on the VW. And you will always encounter this code, As long as you own a VW even if you bought a new secondary air pump, with a new secondary air relay. What can cause a stall while driving is a CKP crank position sensor, or  a failing fuel pump.
