How do i fix Transmission fluid error P0845, Pressure sensor/Switch B Circuit AutoCodes

The car will start, select gear but will not move nor reverse. displays "check Engine soon"
diagnosed with:
Transmission Fluid
P0845 code
Pressure Sensor/Switch B circuit.
Please how can this be fixed...the car mileage is 25000.
