What does the code P2197 mean on a 2003 mercury mountaineer?

My engine light keeps coming on so I ran codes and I got P0152 which I found on this site and P2197 which I cannot find..I just replaced the O2 sensor thinking it would fix the problem but it did not..My 2003 mercury mountaineer is also using alot more gas and the gas fumes are horrible..Every now and then it will idle real low and kind of vibrate and it also lunges while sitting still..
