What the deal today is 05/12/2013 and I Change the ECT & EVAP om 05/11/2013 the Thermostat was change earlier this year. Wondering if I have the give the Module time to detect these changes.

P0128 Engine coolant temperature below regulating temperature

P0118 Engine coolant temperature sensor circuit low

Because you have P0118 , this can be a overheating condition, The way the coolant temperature works is as the engine cooling temperature goes up, the temperature sensor voltage goes low, Does the module need time the answer is NO.  A faulty thermostat can set P0118 so can a coolant leak in the cooling system do this.
