P0056 - ive replaced the 02 sensor, but the 02 sensor code is still coming up?

I've replaced all 4 of my cars 02 sensors and the OBD code is still showing P0056 for ONE SENSOR.what else can it be? I've cleared the codes and everything. And the check engine light is still on. The car does cut in and out at times from at a complete stop to taking off mostly. I need help. Idk what to do.

P0056  Oxygen sensor bank 2 sensor 2  heater circtuit

This is a catalytic monitor sensor on bank 2,  sensor 2 , This has nothing to do with your vehicle stalling out at times,You can be dealing with a fuel related issue, As for P0056 inspect the harness it is possible the heater circuit  wire has seperated.
