What is po449?

I bought an 06 Chevy Avalanche 1500 last month. Now, the engine light came on and shows code po449. Can you help me understand this code? what does it mean? and how do I fix it? Thanks for the help!

This code is for the vent control solenoid. In most cases the solenoid has failed and needs to be replaced to resolve the problem. To test, remove the solenoid, and power and ground and see if it cycles.
