P0650 Malfunction indicator lamp control circuit

Check the fuse in the engine fuse junction box its listed as IGN, fuse number 3, it is a 10 amp fuse if this is good, the IPC (instrument panel cluster) will have to sent out for repair, and if that check out good, you will need a ECM

I checked the fuse you were referring to, but it looks ok.  Not all the lights are out, just a few of them - fuel, check engine.

When I turn the key to the on position, I see the security alarm and airbag lights - that's it.

I have taken the cluster out but things looked to be ok - all connections appeared ok - ~8 wires are all in one block together, and they looked ok.
