2001 Chevrolet Monte Carlo with engine code P0102, can a leaking head gasket cause a P0102? Cannot find any air leaks or blockage on the upper intake

P0102 Mass or volume airflow circuit low input.

No it will not, Does the vehicle have rough idle or stumbles?   Just disconnect the MAF and retest.
