What electrical problem can cause engine to turn over and not start

p0605 Engine starts & won't start, Problem is sporadic. Engine turns,will not start. I replaced ECM Relay & IPDM Controller. What's next?

There are many electrical components that can cause a no start situation. If you have already replaced the ECM relay and IPDM, then more than likely you have a problem with the ECM it self.
