P0301 CADILLAC -

Question

I have a 2004 cadillac srx with a 6 cylinder engine. The scar started to idle a little rough. It runs fine once the gas is pressed. Just when stopped at a light. Last night P0301 came up on the engine. What do you suggest so I don't change all kinds of things on it?

You could start by adding a fuel additive to clean the fuel injectors, if the problem persist you could change the spark plugs. If the problem is still there you may have to replaced the ignition coil. You could also try to swap the ignition coil from another cylinder (#3), and check if the code follows the coil.
