I have a 2004 lincoln navigator that have the engine light on with codes that read U1900 and C1963

I would like to know what the codes U1900 and C1963reads for a 2004 lincoln navigator.

U1900 CAN communication  Bus fault- recieved error

C1963 Stability control inhibit warning.

You have a communication error with the ABS system,This is for information only, clear the codes, If you have the Check engine light on, Your trouble code is shared between modules and the DTC is listed differently but it is still valid,You need to pull the powertrain trouble code,for the Check engine light.
