Got this fault code.
Flushed the transmission, changed fluid, and filter. Also changed Solenoid "D".
The car is automatic, I put 4 Liters of ATF Dexron III.
The problem is still occurring, the car will not shift into 3rd gear.

First question, what else could be wrong.

Second question, how much ATF Fluid is called for.

The vehicle in question is a 1.6L Mazda Protege 2000.

Vehicle: 2000, Mazda, Protege, 1.6L

P0767 Shift solenoid "D" stuck on

To answer the first question the total amount of ATF is 7.6 qrts. Does the O.D light still flashes? clear the code and disconnect the battery. and retest, If P0767 returns and the OD light flashes, Here are the what else can cause this . A failed TCM , the TCM gives solenoid "D" a on-off signal to reduce flow rate,When you get in 3rd gear the solenoid is off.in fact its only on in park/neutral, 4th gear, the rest of the time its off.Do to the postition of where the connector which  is below the battery tray , you can be dealing with just a bad connection, clean the connection, another problem can be control valve, transmission pump. As long as the light OD light flashes and the code is P0767 your dealing with just the "D" solenoid.
