I MY CAR WON'T GO ANY HIGHER THAN THIRD GEAR HAVE PUT IN A NEW SPEED SENSOR AND CHECKED THE GROUNDING MY CODE IS P0715I IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I CAN DO

P0715 Input turbine speed sensor  (pulse generator "A")

P0715 will put you in failsafe and you will have 3rd gear or 2nd gear as a safety measure to the transmission,Because this is a input speed sensor you maybe dealing with a mechanical failure,such as the underdrive,You need to measure the voltage at the connector for 5 volts.and the connector ground, if its there replace the TCM
