is replacing evap canister, vent valve and pressure sensor able to be done without special tools

P0496 Fuel tank pressure sensor/performance

Just replace the evap canister purge valve, before P0496  code the ECM runs  and test the fuel tank pressure sensor circuit for circuit low,circuit high. You dont have a problem with the pressure sensor, or the evap cansiter vent valve, Just the purge valve,and no special tools required
