P2106 HYUNDAI - What will fix it?

Question

2007 Hyundai Sonata V6. Getting P2106. Was able to clear it, but information on TSB fails to specifically identify what is wrong or how to resolve.

What should be done? I don't want to just get into parts swapping!

P2106 ECT (electronic throttle control) system malfunction - Forced limit power

This code only recognizes that you have a force limit power, it should be with another accompanied code, Without that accompained code, Its difficult to pinpoint
