P3631 code what is the fix?

I have a 2009 Infiniti G37. My SES light illuminated so I went to the advanced auto parts store and ran a quick diagnostic check. I got a code of P3631, but cannot seem to find out what it is for. Has anyone out there gotten this code, and if so, what is it for? I have a appointment to take it to the dealership next week, but wanted to have an idea of what the issue was before going in "blind".

We can't find any information in the service manual either. It's possible that the scanner from the auto parts is not compatible with your 09 G37. Are there any other symptoms?

I cant really tell any difference in my car's performance.  I also got a code of P0420, and P2A00...perhaps with all of these codes, we can figure out the ellusive one.
