2005 Ford Crown Victoria 4.6L with engine code P0402

Question

I have a 2005 Ford Crown Victoria 4.6L, I removed both first catalytic.

now I have got this code: p0402?!

is my EGR valve is bad?

or DPFE sensor is going bad?

or this is because I remove the CAT?

If you remove the catalytic on this particulat make and model P0420 will code up it uses exhaust back pressure ,and yes its because you removed the catalytic
