Service engine soon light came on and hooked OBD II up an code PO443 came up

The P0443 code means that there is a problem with the EVAP Canister Purge Volume Control Solenoid Valve. Your vehicle may require to replaced the valve, but there is also a factory service bulletin that suggest that before replacing the valve you should reprogram the Engine Control Module (ECM). Unfortunately only the dealer can reprogram the ECM for your Frontier.
