I have a 2001 PT cruiser with 75,000 miles with an engine light code of p0601. If I replace the PCM will I need to have it programmed?

Vehicle: 2001 chrysler PT cruiser limited, 2.4L engine.

Yes you do. You will have to have the VIN and milkeage programmed into it. There is also a SKIM (Sentra Key Imobilezer Module) data that needs to be inputed just to be able to start. Also the input sensor and output sensor the PCM management
