P0752 GMC - acadia

Question

I have a 08 gmc acadia code p0700 with p0752. Car wouldnt go over 35 mph when light came on then drove fine. Had it serviced drove fine for 500 miles then light came back on with same codes. Mechanic says he must remove entire transmission to change fluid is this true?

He has to drain the transmission fluid,whether they reuse it is between you and them.They need to remove the valve cover to gain access to the valve body.
