2006 Saturn Vue 2.2l running very poor coil Pac?

Question

My 2006 Saturn Vue 2.2L has the check engine light on it won't drive more the 40 mph or will but takes a long time to get to it. As soon as car turns on the cooling fan turns on check engine light goes on. I changed the spark plugs and the plug boots are good could it be the whole coil pack that could be bad? the coil pack is just on long plate that hold the spark plug boots that insert to the plugs. It gave me some codes as p0300 (multiple miss fire) p1516 throtle control and p1682 ignition circut

P0300 Random misfire

P1516 Throttle command /actual throttle position signal variation

P1682 Ignition supply voltage ,

You have P0300 due to P1682 this is signal supply voltage that comes from the ECM,So even if you replace the ignition coil you may still have a ECM problem,The ECM gives the coil pack signal to fire the sparkplugs
