P0300 code for my 2006 saturn vue, plugs changed is it coil

Question

My 2006 Saturn Vue 2.2L has the check engine light on it won't drive more the 40 mph or will but takes a long time to get to it. As soon as car turns on the cooling fan turns on check engine light goes on. I changed the spark plugs the plug boots are good could it be the whole coil pack that could be bad the coil pack is just on long plate that hold the spark plug boots that insert to the plugs. It gave me some codes as p0300 (multiple miss fire)
