I get a code P0483

Question

I had codes P0483 P1652 P0480 And 2709 i parked my truck one night and it wouldnt start the next morning thats when the codes showed up . I was told it was the clutch fan replaced it and truck still will not start and get only one code which is P0483 what could it be now?

P0483 Fan speed  Possible cause : Fan clutch shorted

P0480 Fan clutch Possible cause : Wire harness damage, open fan clutch circuit

P0483 and P0480 has nothing to do with the vehicle not starting,

P1652 J-1850 short to ground,  This is for communication, Even with this code you should be able to start, You wrote 2709 this is a transmission code , Even with this code you would be able to start,
