I also replaced the engine oil sending just below the valve assembly , it was leaking, also the vehicle will drive just fine when it is cold, then, when it just gets warmed up, it sets this code, usually about 45 to 50 mph then it cuts out , but you can drive it, but you have to be real ginger on the gas pedal or it cuts out , after the code sets and it is sitting in park , you rev it up and it is like a rev limiter , but between 2500 and 3500 , also it has started to kill intermittently, this all started after it was at the body shop for 2 weeks, before that it ran perfectly fine, any info would be appreciated thanks tracy in iowa

P2426 Oil pressure switch circuit low voltage

This is the VTEC oil pressure and the VTEC solenoid valve, Did you check the connection for loose terminal on the VTEC oil pressure and the VTEC solenoid? and of course the oil level. These solenoid and valve operate on the PCM ground, coming from a body shop the paint may have inteferred with a body to PCM ground or even the connection, Go to the PCM and check this ground, Other than that you may need a PCM
