I have a Pontiac 2007 G6 Gt that I took into have the air conditioning serviced.

Question

Dealership  serviced air conditioning, no leaks and added very little oil .8 after leaving system ran really cool, drove 3 blocks turned car off went into store returned to vehicle turned on and the air no longer worked.  i took my car back to the dealer to evaluate dealer says they put die in system and compressor shot- leaks everywhere new cost 1400.00+ system had checked out fine pior no leaks, think they over charged the system.  Is there a way to determine this with a code?
