I have codes po300, po780, and po743 showing on my 2002 saab 95 2.3t how can I fix them myself?

Just replaced ignition coil in my saab, ran fine for a day then three diffrent codes came on in my 2002 saab 95 2.3 turbo, po300, 780, and 743. Trying to save money so if it's an easy fix please tell me how. Thank you.

P300 Random misfire

P0743 Solenoid lock/up

P0780 Shift time

You need to fix the random misfire, You said you replace ignition coil, how about the spark plugs? If it ran fine for a day, The ignition module is questionable now. You are a drive by wire, with a misire code the TCM (transmission control module) will go in limp home mode
