P0783 DODGE - will not shift into over drive how can fix this

Question

how can I fix this problem of not shifting into over drive already change fluid code light comes on P0783 but that is the only problem im haven at this point it shifts fine just wont go into overdrive

P0783   3-4  shift malfunction

3-4 shift solenoid is powered by a transmission relay, and is fused, yes you can swap around relay putting in a new one is better, and the fuse needs to be inspected. The fuse and the relay is in the engine fuse junction box,
