My Accord is sputtering and running very rough. I just had the oil changed last week. It was running fine until today all of sudden it just slowed down and started running very rough. I checked the oil and it was full. What else could be wrong? Could the Technician who changed my oil have done something wrong?

P3400 VPS stuck off bank1

This is for the VCM (variable cylinder management) This code can be set off by low oil to a point where line pressure can no longer support VCM operation, and low oil pressure,You mainly have a rocker arm oil control solenoid failure. This code is common failure  on Hondas,Where the VTEC engine top portion starves for oil resulting in costly repair,  This is a common failure for the VTEC engine, dont drive the vehicle it will not get better, It needs to be towed for repair.
