P1316 Misfire

P 1193  Oxygen sensor downstream oxygen sensor open circuit.

P1193 inspect the oxygen sensor harness this is the sensor  after the catalytic, make sure it is plugged in together and the harness is connected,there is also a fuse for it in the engine fuse box 1, listed as F3. As for P1316 This is a misfire code,Yes sparkplug wire condition new sparkplug cap and rotor,thats fine, good connection at the fuel injector,And stil P1316, A mechanical question come to play,Is there a valve noise?, and how is the lifter are they tapping loud? Compression is now the next step. The specs are 150-160psi
