Is a P0705 code a serious concern? Car runs fine, no noticeable transmission issues.

Engine code P0705 on a 2002 Honda Accord. The car is running as good as it has for the past 10 years that I have owned it. Should I be concerned about this code?

P0705 Transmission range selector (PRNDL) When a gear is selected,it provides a ground to illuminate shift indicator bulds,and it gives gear range signal to the PCM.yes you should replace it,you went 10 years do another 10 years,
