My 2004 Nissan Sentra ser Spec V is giving me three codes, P0304 (#4 Miss); P0340 (cam sensor) and P0507 (Idle Air control). within the last month I have replaced the #4 ignition coil and the cam sensor but am still getting these codes. Car idles very rough first thing in the morning but after my commute (30 minutes) on the highway the car runs fine. Any ideas what I should replace next will be appreciated.

Take out the #4 ignition coil and move to a different cylinder, clear code, restart, see if the misfire moved with it, if it does, that coil is bad, if it doesnt the misfire is in the #4 cylinder, also where the sparkplug well are is it oil flooded? If it is that will cause a misfire. As for P0507 did you attempt a throttle body cleaning? cause if you did a idle relearn has to be performed, P0507 is idle is higher than expected, this can be caused by air intake leaks (suchs as vacuum hoses ruptured or disconnected),PCV valve,or even ETC (eletric throttle control).I am kind of suspicous of fuel pressure, because of the high idle, and a cam sensor code, The spec for fuel pressure should be 51 psi at idle.you need a fuel pressure tested.
