I have cleaned the air mass flow sensor, changed the fron o2 sensor about 6 months ago, along with the camshaft location sensor. Air filter has about 500 miles on it, and is still clean.

Vehicle: 2006 Toyota Corolla 1.8L

There is a factory service bulletin for that code. The factory recommend using and updated Air Fuel (A/F) sensor. Please see "Tech Notes" on the code P0171 Toyota  page. It's possible that you didn't use the updated Air Fuel (A/F) sensor when you replaced.
