change both 02 senors and gas cap still get p0036 code

Checked fuse ok what do you mean about fail safe mode

P0036 HO2S Heater control circuit,bank 1 sensor 2, this is the 02 after the catalytic, here is what will set this code off.poor mating connection this includes backed out terminals,wrong 02 applications,blown heater 02 fuse,power to 02 shorted or open.This Hyundai uses a 02 heater relay,that is located in the engine fuse junction box .Just a side note for you when Hyundai use this code the EVAP system goes to fails safe mode.

Fail safe for the EVAP that means it wont get monitored but will code up a EVAP code,
